If you are feeling a bit down in the dumps and need a bit of help with carer respite, or ideas of how to help yourself better, give us a call and talk to one of our team. Spreading Awareness on BBC Radio Gloucestershire

Cotswold Friends were invited in to BBC Radio Gloucestershire to talk to David Smith on Saturday, 23rd January 2016 about how they help overcome the effects of isolation and loneliness in the North Cotswolds. Cotswold Friends offer a variety of services including community transport, events and social groups - lunch clubs, Men in Sheds, Knit and Natter, gardening and singing groups, Social Prescribing at 5 Cotswold GP’s surgeries, Carer Respite, Dementia Day Care and befriending services.
