Cotswold Friends is a charity that helps and supports older and vulnerable people.
We run a number of community based services across the Cotswolds. We aim to combat loneliness and isolation. Our voluntary services improve health and wellbeing and support independent living.

Our story
We are proud to have been serving our local communities for more than 45 years.
The organisation began as the Voluntary Help Centre in 1978 and was originally set up with the aim of recruiting and deploying volunteers.
The charity soon began to grow and today provides seven key services to the Cotswolds Community: Community Transport, Befriending, Carer Wellbeing, Hospital Support, Independence Support, Community Activities and Young Friends.
