We all know that a bit of exercise on a regular basis helps keep us healthy and moving!

On the theme of encouraging gentle exercise, alongside our very popular walking groups we are now introducing Walking Football.

Men and ladies alike are invited to get together for a relaxed, fun morning of football and (probably!) a natter about the beautiful game!
