Cotswold Friends was delighted to hold it’s Annual General Meeting via Zoom on Wednesday 15th December 2021.

Trustees Present: Geoff Benn (Chairman), Asad Noorani, Chris Ridgers, Diane Bell & Gary Selwyn Present: 29 attendees of which 12 members were present. Apologies for Absence: 28 apologies

The meeting included reports from the Chair Geoff Benn and the Chief Executive Officer Joanna Hammond, as well as the Financial Report and approvals and resolutions.
