I was lucky enough to start my ride at the lovely Sherborne Arms in Aldsworth, where we hold one of our monthly Lunch Clubs.

Thank you so much to team at the pub for all of the fantastic work that you do! The Club was busy and everyone had eaten a lovely meal.

I caught up with our volunteers who look after everyone at the Club and it was really nice to meet everyone.

I spent some time chatting to a table of ladies, who told me that they really enjoy being able to get together with others – some live on their own and this gives them the chance to chat and socialise.
