We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as Community Care Manager for the Support Services team. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the local community, supporting those most in need.

The Support Services team provides Befriending, Carer Wellbeing and Independence Support (including Cost of Living, Digital Inclusion and Hospital Support) to over 300 older and vulnerable people across the North Cotswold community each year. As Community Care Manager, you will manage all aspects of the charity’s Support Services provision.
