Handbooks and Policies
Information and advice to help you in your role:
Volunteer Handbooks
The Cotswold Friends Volunteer Steering Group advised that it would be helpful if the Volunteer Handbook was split into two distinct documents, one for the Community Transport Service and one for the other services; largely because a lot of the information in the handbook is only relevant to drivers.
Following this feedback, we have now updated and separated the Volunteer Handbook into two separate documents.
If you volunteer as a driver, passenger assistant or in the Booking Office, the Community Transport handbook is for you.
All other volunteering roles are covered in the standard Volunteer Handbook.
Our new handbooks contain all the information and advice you will need to help you in your volunteering role, including a summary of all of our policies.
